This program works 3 months. There you can find 10 workouts with warm up part and stretching exercises.
Every exercise have video sample.
Recommendation: be active 3 times a week (3 workouts) but if you do not feel well than stop the workout and go rest. Use water when workout.
You do not have to be with experience and you can facilitate all exercises. No need specially equipment.
