The training program for men includes 3 workouts each week. The workout includes a warm-up, basic part and stretching exercises. The program is designed specifically for men thinking about structure of male muscles.

The training will require equipment: one of the available weights (it can be anything available - a dumbbell, a weight ball, a water bottle, a weight bag, a backpack with a weight) and a resistance band.
